I loved Love Tea Caffeine Free Chai tea during my years of breastfeeding, with the use of rooibos tea instead of black tea making this an antioxidant rich option that was suitable any time of the day.

To brew Love Tea chai simply add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of boiling water on the stovetop and simmer that for around 4-5 minutes. Then add half a cup of milk warmed to the perfect temperature to you. You can also just add the tea to plain milk.

Chai tea

I’m impressed by this tea. I really like the flavour and found the packaging to be minimal which is always a bonus. I’m more accustomed to using tea bags so having to brew this myself wasn’t as ideal BUT when I have the time, it is well worth the effort. I’ve had it twice now since purchase (it’s been about a week) and I have not been disappointed. Further to add, I’m so happy it isn’t caffeinated as I’ve looked for chai teas and never found it till now. 🙏🏻
