Item not posted within 7days so sent 2 messages and left 2 voicemails without reply. When it was shipped received just before my granddaughters birthday glad I paid for express post. There was a note in the parcel to apologise for the delay due to covid 19. Pleased with the ride on and so is my granddaughter.
