Djeco magnetic wooden letters

When opening the sealed box of letters, I was missing 20 pieces.
I was able to exchange the the box I had purchased with a new one after contacting the store. This one had 82 of the 83 letters which was good enough for me.
Customer service at both the Warehouse store & the East Geelong store was wonderful.
