Change of Mind
We provide store credit for changes of mind and do not refund for customer error, change of mind or change of circumstance. In the event of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for returning the goods in new condition and original postage costs are deducted from the order value prior to credit being issued.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase and before shipment of goods will be made. Orders will not be despatched prior to cleared payment and if payment does not clear (such as in the case of a Paypal e-Cheque) the order will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery costs are calculated on weight and volume. We do not offer 'safe to leave' options or untracked delivery services although in COVID times some delivery services may make this choice themselves outside of our direction. An estimate of delivery charges is provided at checkout however further shipping charges may apply some heavy items and actual costs may be invoiced after order placement for those heavy products.
