Little Earth Nest Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind about any item/s in your order, we welcome you to process a return. You will have 30 days to return any goods you have purchased in exchange for store credit, and can use our Auspost returns portal to make the process as easy as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive back with us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be exchanged for store credit upon return.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns. Several types of goods are also exempt from being returned. Gift card, and perishable goods such as food cannot be returned and we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, some personal care products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How to return all or part of your Little Earth Nest order:
To return your products to us, click the link here to use our Auspost Easy Returns Portal. You will need to validate your purchase date and include the order ID from your order confirmation email. Auspost will give you access to our reduced return rates and guide you through an easy return process with clear communication of your return transit along the way.

Any item that is returned not in original condition, with damaged or missing parts, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted for return. We are not responsible for redelivery of any products that are not eligible for return.

Credits (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit request. If you are approved, your store credit valid for 3 years will be processed and confirmed by email.

Late or missing credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an email from us about your store credit or refund with 2 weeks of returning your product, first check your Auspost link and make sure that the items has arrived with us. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted, however we are very happy for you to reach out to us if you are concerned in any way. We are happy to help so please just email us if you are worried that your return for store credit is taking a long time.

At Little Earth Nest we offer major fault returns in line with Australian Consumer Law and will proactively offer refund or exchange at the direction of the customer for any product that is assessed to have a major manufacturing fault. We take faulty products seriously and ask that you contact us immediately regarding product concerns of any nature.
