We offer a variety of flat rate postage options starting at $5.95. Please refer to our shipping page for specific postage costs available to your area. If you do accidentally select Click and Collect Grovedale Warehouse at checkout, we will be more than happy to help by sending an invoice for appropriate postage.

You can expect to receive a shipping notification from our store system by email including a tracking number for your order. These tracking codes are automatically generated so that you don't have to wait on manual entry and they become active once the Auspost depot has scanned your parcel.

We ship most orders on the same or next business day after order placement although since COVID there is the chance of delays. Our aim remains to despatch all orders ASAP and within 1-7 business days. From that point transit times differ depending on your location.

Our system will automatically send you an email containing relevant tracking codes for your order on despatch so that you can monitor the status of your parcel delivery at your convenience.

Although most parcels are sent on the same or next business day, please let us know if your order is urgent or even contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that we can despatch allowing plenty of time to meet your requirements. 

Please note that we cannot provide specific delivery dates because of external factors with freight or courier companies that may affect the transit of your parcel once it has left our premises and is out of our control.

We offer free shipping to Melbourne orders over $55. For other Metro locations, we offer free shipping on orders over $120 that are also under 2kgs in weight. We reserve the right to correct any free shipping that may be applied in the event of a rare anomoly with postage quoting by our system. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

The vast majority of our orders are automatically sent using the Australia Post eParcel or Express eParcel signature and tracking service unless they contain items being fulfilled by external warehouses. 

Most Kidkraft items are sent by private courier directly from the Kidkraft warehouse.

We cannot be held responsible for transit times once orders have been despatched but have invested in premium delivery services wherever possible in an effort to ensure a good experience for our customers.

We offer free local pickup or 'Click and Collect' from our store at 3/20 Essington Street, Grovedale VIC 3216. Customers located in nearby locations will be offered the option to Click and Collect at our Grovedale shop as an option during checkout. Interstate visitors won't see the option unless they use our store address as their delivery address to override their usual delivery options.

Not all items are eligible for this service unfortunately, and we do reserve the right to contact you and provide you with a delivery quote or opportunity to cancel your order for such items including much of our Mocka, Kidkraft and Baghera ranges. You can also contact our team in Grovedale to check that the item you are after is available if you need the item urgently or want to check whether postage costs may apply; as a rough guide this is more likely to apply to bulkier items and is very rare.

We don't accept offers to safe drop or advice that an area is 'safe to leave' as unfortunately in the past, customers have asked for a refund when their order was stolen off the doorstep. Even if the courier can provide us proof of delivery, a customer can legally request a refund from Paypal or their bank unless we have a signature to prove a delivery has been made. For this reason with regret, we can't 'safe drop' any parcels as it puts us at risk in the event of a lost parcel or theft.

We send all of our parcels using Auspost eParcel or Express eParcel services in order to ensure that we can provide a secure, trackable delivery with a signature. Aside from this, our rates are very competitive and most often we can provide you our premium service for less than the cost that you or we would pay if lodging over the counter at a post office.

You can collect your local pickup order when you have received your email notification that it is ready to collect.

We do our very best to pick and prepare local orders within moments of receiving the order; but at times if we are busy serving or have a flood of local orders to work with, we may require more time. In addition we do share space off site and in other warehouses in Melbourne and in some rare cases interstate. At the maximum our standard shipping committments of 1-7 business days may apply to local pickups.

For all of these reasons, please wait to receive an email invitation prior to coming in to collect your order. We can't stress this enough as you should not expect the order to be prepared if you arrive prior to a specific notification that your order is ready. Please discuss it with us prior to purchase if you have an urgent need for any items, we will always do what we can to assist. In return we are only human and we will do our very best to notify you if we are having a delay.

We ask for your patience and assure you that are always doing the best to offer the most prompt service we can.

We accept pre-order where the preorder button is show instead of the 'add to cart' option. If you hover over the pre-order button an approximate ETA may be provided, however please note that this is an expected guide on availability and not a fixed date.

We cannot split ship your order so please be sure to place pre-order items in a separate order if you wish other goods to ship before the arrival of that pre-ordered item.

Preorder purchases are a fixed committment as we place orders on the basis of goods added to the preorder list and therefore our usual no refund for order cancellation policy applies.

International orders may only be paid by Paypal to ensure we have some protection against missing items and fraud. 

Yes we offer both! Simply proceed through checkout, ignore the option to pay using Paypal Express Checkout and click the next button. You will then see a radio button option to select either Afterpay or Zippay as your payment method.

We offer store credit for changes of mind for orders made online subject to the below conditions. Orders can be returned for changes of mind within 30 days of purchase, where the goods are in new and unused condition. Given the need to cover costs that are incurred immediately upon order payment and during early processing stages such as merchant fees and staff costs, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for any return postage costs and credits are applied with haste upon arrival of the item for exchange. Please read our store policies page for more information about returns.

We offer store credit for changes of mind for in store customers within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt of purchase and where the goods are in new and unused condition. 

Please contact us to advise that you will be returning your item or online order for a change of mind credit. 

After you have contacted us, please post your parcel to us at 3/20 Essington Street Grovedale VIC 3216 so that it arrives inside of 30 days from your original date of purchase. We strongly recommend using protective packaging and a tracked delivery service as we cannot provide credit for items that arrive damaged or are lost in transit or otherwise don't arrive for whatever reason.

In store customers can return new and unused purchases by presenting in store with provision of a receipt within 14 days of purchase.

We also offer the handy option of using Facebook to message us; simply click the blue 'Message Us' option in the bottom right hand corner of our site to use this communication method. 

For short enquiries you may also choose to contact our in store team by phone, or our warehouse team who may have greater opportunity to answer the phone. We do our very best to answer the phone where possible and also to return messages promptly. 

Should you decide to contact our retail store by phone please be understanding that staff may be busy serving customers and unable to answer at times and they do not have the ability to hold a lengthy conversation.

Our retail store staff are primarily tasked with serving our face to face customers and can only answer basic enquiries on their phone line. For enquiries that are lengthy or specific, our staff may ask you to provide contact information for our wider service team to respond in due course or again, we recommend email contact as the most appropriate in any case.

We store our product both warehouse space as well as shared warehouse spaces across Australia. If you see an item as available our online store that usually means we have it in stock either on site in Grovedale or in one of our storage facilities, however there are some situations such as stock damage or theft that can interfere with this.

In addition on the very rare occasion an item may sell in our retail store before it is picked for an online order. If this happens we email you as soon as the issue is discovered to give you the choice of waiting on restock, substitution to an alternative product or refund. Please be understanding that we are human and from time to time error or misfortune may affect your order.

A tax invoice and receipt is sent by email to the email address of the purchaser as the confirmation email. In addition at the bottom of your confirmation email you will see an option that says "Do you need an easy PDF printable tax invoice?" and will generate a PDF invoice for your use. Tax invoices are not included with the parcel. This means that if you are purchasing an item as a gift, the receiver will not see your invoice or receipt.

Yes! If we have an item in stock that you would like to add to your order, please just email us to support@littleearthnest.com.au and we will happily adjust your order if possible and send out a payment link for the balance to be paid.
